Excellence أمتياز

Your staff never see accounting software.

Excellence puts the register, the kitchen, the floor, your suppliers and the petty cash box on one system. Your team signs in to a workspace of large tiles — and each person sees only their own.

The Excellence workspace — large role-based tiles instead of menus

The gap

The front of house is on one system.
The money is on spreadsheets.

That gap is where the evening's takings, the supplier invoices and the cash box stop agreeing with each other — and where the owner's week disappears.

01

Sales go in one place

The till records what was sold, and that is where its knowledge ends.

02

Costs go somewhere else

Supplier bills in a folder, petty cash in a notebook, staff advances in someone's head.

03

Nobody sees the whole picture

Until month end, when it is far too late to have done anything about it.

01 — The workspace

No menus. No navbar. Nothing to break.

Staff sign in to a clean workspace of large tiles. A waiter sees the floor and the register. The kitchen sees orders. Nobody is one wrong click away from a chart of accounts, because those screens are not on their workspace at all.

If your waiter can use WhatsApp, they can use this.

02 — Staff & access

Your manager runs it. Not us.

Adding a waiter, changing a price, opening a shift, granting refund rights — the manager does all of it from the same workspace, in seconds. Five roles, with tick-box capabilities layered on top: Purchasing, Refunds, Open & Close Register, Edit Products.

Creating another Manager is the one thing that comes back to us — by design, so nobody accidentally gives away the keys.

Add a new waiter in 30 seconds. No support ticket, no callout fee.

03 — The money side

What you spent, not just what you sold.

Vendor bills, supplier payments, the petty cash box and staff advances all live inside the system — not in a separate spreadsheet that somebody has to remember to update.

An optional paid add-on lets you photograph a supplier receipt with a phone and have it come back as a draft bill for review.

Most systems tell you what you sold. This one also tells you what you spent.

04 — Daily numbers

Today's takings arrive on your phone.

A daily sales summary sent straight to the owner and the manager — plus weekly and monthly. No app to open, no report to run, no one to ask.

Close the restaurant at midnight. Know the numbers before you're home.

05 — Built here

The Omani rial, at three decimals.

OMR is handled at three decimals everywhere it appears — on the receipt, in the register, in the report and in the daily summary. It is a small thing, and it is precisely the kind of small thing imported platforms get wrong.

Arabic is in the foundation rather than bolted on afterwards: the system carries Arabic and right-to-left layout, and we are working through the translation screen by screen. Ask us where it stands for the screens your team will actually use and we will show you honestly.

Built for Oman — not translated for it.

The Excellence sign-in screen

What's included

One system, every part of the service

Each screen is built for the person standing in front of it.

The register taking an order

Register

Fast ordering, split payments, refunds where permitted, and shift open and close with a cash count.

The Kitchen Display showing incoming orders

Kitchen Display

Orders arrive on a screen in the kitchen the moment they are sent, in the order they were taken.

The Front of House board

Front of House

A live board of what is ready, what is waiting and which table it belongs to.

The customer menu open on a phone

Customer Menu

A QR menu your customers open on their own phones, updated the moment you change a price.

Inventory tracking

Inventory

Tracking on the items worth tracking — not a warehouse system bolted onto a restaurant.

The reporting dashboard

Reporting

Sales, sessions, staff and spend in one place, for the day, the week or the month.

Straight answer

Who this isn't for

Worth saying early, so nobody wastes an afternoon finding out.

  • A single food truck looking for a free till — this is more system than you need.
  • A hotel that needs property management — reservations, room status and housekeeping. That is what iVISION StayFlow is being built for.
  • Anyone who needs a system that runs with no internet connection at all. Excellence is a cloud system; an in-progress order survives a dropped connection, but the site does need to be online.

Getting started

From first conversation to first service

We set the restaurant up with you — menu, staff, printers and the tablet on the counter.

01

See it on your own menu

We load a few of your real items and show you the register, the kitchen screen and the daily summary — not a generic demo.

02

Set up together

Full menu, staff and roles, printers and hardware — configured and tested with you before you touch it. On-site setup and training is available if you would rather we came.

03

Run your first service

We are on hand for the first shift. After that your manager runs it, and we are a WhatsApp message away.

See it on your own menu

Send us a message and we will arrange a demo at your restaurant, at a time that isn't during service.

Support is Saturday to Thursday, 8am to 11pm — through lunch and dinner service, not office hours.
