StayFlow is our hotel system — front desk, reservations, guests, rooms, housekeeping, billing and reports in one place. It is being built now, and we are looking for the first hotels to build it with.

Why we are building it
A hotel runs on the gap between the desk and the floor
Reception knows who has arrived. Housekeeping knows which rooms are ready. Accounts know what has been paid. When those three live in different places, a guest gets handed a key to a room that has not been cleaned.
One screen per job
Reception, housekeeping and management each get the view built for their work — the same approach that makes Excellence usable by a waiter on their first shift.
Room status that is actually live
Available, occupied, cleaning, maintenance — updated by the person doing the work, on the device in their hand, not on a whiteboard behind the desk.
Built for Oman
Priced and reported in Omani rial, and built by a team in Muscat you can get on the phone.

- StayFlow is in development and not yet released. Everything shown on this page is a design preview.
- There is no published launch date. We will not invent one to win a meeting.
- Channel-manager and OTA connections are not part of the first release. If you need Booking.com syncing on day one, StayFlow is not ready for you yet.
- If you run a restaurant rather than a hotel, the product that is ready today is Excellence أمتياز.
